SCHEDULE CHANGE: Neutral Site vs. Orangeville Postponed
WICHITA, KANSAS - Sunrise Christian was due to play two neutral site games in Houston, Texas. The game against Orangeville Prep (Canada) has been postponed until later in the season.
The Buffaloes will look to fill this weekend's game dates with a home contest. Information to come as it is available.
Sunrise Christian Academy is currently 1-0 on the season after a home opening win against the OKC Storm Post Graduate team. The Buffaloes are on pace to play one of the toughest schedules in the country, with neutral site games in locations like the Nike/NBA Cup in Las Vegas, Nevada and the La Porte Invitational in La Porte, Indiana. They will also host two of the top programs in the country in Link Academy and Veritas Academy at the beginning of February in the Air Capital Hoopfest.
For five of the past six seasons, Sunrise has received an invitation to the season-ending High School Basketball National Tournament - now Chipotle Nationals.
